About
About Real Men Have Fabs
A field guide to semiconductor manufacturing, from the people and places to the machines, process steps, systems, and constraints that make compute physical.
What this site is for
Real Men Have Fabs is an educational guide to the semiconductor stack. It treats chips as physical achievements, not abstractions: wafers, tools, cleanrooms, yield curves, packaging, power, water, supply chains, and the skilled people who make the system repeat.
The title is a provocation, not a boundary. The work belongs to operators, technicians, engineers, founders, suppliers, women and men, and the countries that decide manufacturing still matters.
